There’s certain places that just feed our soul – ones that we run to when we need a moment away from real life just to breathe. Sullivan’s Island has always been that place for me. Over the bridge, turn right, head to Station 18 1/2 and walk out to the flat stretch of sand that ends in the soft rolling Atlantic dancing with sea foam. That’s what this place is for me – a solace. I couldn’t believe my luck of the familiar feeling under my feet and a seventy five degree day in January. I took full advantage.
Thanks to Sullivan’s for the fresh air and memories. Thanks to Carrie Elizabeth as always for the photos. Outfit details below.
